Terms & Conditions

This is an agreement between you and Star VPN Team for virtual private network communications services, related services and features. It is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into.

You agree to protect your user id/account and our system from unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions that occur on our servers where the login uses your user id/account.

You agree not to use the system for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email or any type or version of email sent in large quantities even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server.

You agree not to launch any pop-ups from our service.

You agree not to attack in any way shape or form any other computer or network while on our service.

Actual service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including emergencies, third party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages lost, not delivered, delayed or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks.

We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect users or the Service. Network speed is an estimate and is no indication of the speed at which your or the Service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of data received is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.

Our Privacy Policy is available on a separate page. Our Privacy Policy explains to you how we process information about you. You shall understand that through your use of the App you acknowledge the processing of this information shall be undertaken in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your Account

When using the App, you shall be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account, password and other credentials and for secure access to your device. You shall not assign your account to anyone. Star VPN Team is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account that results from misappropriation or theft of your account. Star VPN Team may refuse or cancel service, terminate your account, and remove or edit content.

Services

The App allows you to use Services available on the App. You shall not use the services for the illegal aims.

We may, at our sole discretion, set fees for using the App for you. All prices are published separately on relevant pages on the App. We may, at our sole discretion, at any time change any fees.

We may use certified payment systems, which also may have their commissions. Such commissions may be implied on you when you choose a particular payment system. Detailed information about commissions of such payment systems may be found on their Apps.

We do not log any user activity (sites visited, DNS lookups, emails etc.) We only log access attempts to our servers (for security and troubleshooting). We do not get involved in any form of censorship. We do not give your personal info to any third parties. We do not cooperate with any requests for information unless we are ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction and the vast majority of these requests would not be from a court of competent jurisdiction We will protect you to the max and our system is setup to automatically do so. There are hundreds of good reasons for being anonymous and we respect them fully.

Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, and/or any conduct deemed illegal or unwanted shall be subject to suspension or termination. Users are responsible for the proper secure configuration of their services and are responsible for any damages caused by their neglect or exposure of vulnerabilities whether intentional or unintentional.

Payment and Subscription

Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
When you purchase a Subscription, your Subscription will automatically renew based on the term you select (e.g., on a monthly or yearly) until terminated. You authorize us to charge your Payment Method up to 24 hours before the end of the current subscription term. You can cancel your Subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings at least 24 hours in advance of the end of your current subscription term.
No Refunds
Payments for Subscriptions are nonrefundable. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the premium features of the Services associated with the Subscription you purchased through the end of your subscription term.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to change our Subscription terms or pricing at any time, which we may determine in our sole discretion. Any Subscription terms or pricing changes will not apply retroactively and will only take effect following notice to you.
Free Trial
You may be offered a Free Trial of premium features associated with a paid Subscription. Free Trial eligibility shall be determined by us in our sole discretion, and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent abuse. At the end of your Free Trial term, your subscription may automatically renew, as stated in the notice that you accept at the time you sign up for the Free Trial.

Third Party Services

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

Disclaimer of Certain Liabilities

The information available via the App may include typographical errors or inaccuracies. Star VPN Team shall not be liable for these inaccuracies and errors.

Star VPN Team makes no representations about the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, and timeliness of the Content contained on and services available on the App. To the maximum extent allowed by the applicable law, all such Content and services are provided on the "as is" basis. Star VPN Team disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding this Content and services, including warranties and provisions of merchantability, fitness for a certain purpose.

The VPN application of Star VPN Team does not interfere with each user's right of use. Creating automated or manual VPN sessions in a manner that would impersonate a bot or exerting excessive load on the network that may disturb other users on the network or utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth that exceeds the average user bandwidth usage for an extended duration or the likes, all are considered as unfair usage of the network. Star VPN Team reserves the right to temporary suspend or permanently terminate users found involved in unfair usage of its services.

Termination and Access Restriction

Star VPN Team may terminate your access and account to the App and its related services or any part at any time, without notice, in case of your violation of the Terms.

Changes to this Terms & Conditions

For the purpose to consist with applicable Service Agreement laws and principles, this Service Agreement may be modified from time to time without prior notice to you, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of our VPN services constitutes your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
